1. Services

Oasis Pool Care of Ocala provides professional swimming pool maintenance, cleaning, water testing, chemical balancing, equipment inspections, repairs, equipment installations, salt system service, filter cleaning, pressure washing, and related residential pool services.

The scope of work for each customer is determined by the selected service package, written estimate, or approved invoice.

2. Scheduling

Service days may vary due to weather, holidays, equipment availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Every reasonable effort will be made to maintain a consistent schedule.

If severe weather prevents service, we will attempt to return as soon as practical.

3. Access to Property

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the pool during scheduled service visits.

If gates are locked, pets prevent safe access, or other conditions prohibit service, the visit may be considered completed and billed accordingly.

4. Water Chemistry

Proper water chemistry depends on numerous factors including:

Weather
Pool usage
Landscaping
Debris
Equipment operation
Existing water conditions

While we use industry best practices, we cannot guarantee algae-free or perfectly balanced water when equipment failures, excessive debris, contamination, improper customer adjustments, or other circumstances beyond our control occur.

5. Equipment

Routine service includes visual inspection of equipment for obvious issues.

Customers are responsible for repairing or replacing malfunctioning equipment including but not limited to:

Pumps
Filters
Heaters
Salt systems
Automation systems
Plumbing leaks
Electrical components

Equipment failures discovered during service will be communicated to the customer as soon as practical.

6. Repairs and Installations

Repair estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

Parts availability may affect scheduling.

Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable. Labor warranties are limited to workmanship and do not cover manufacturer defects, misuse, acts of nature, improper operation by others, or normal wear.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Maintain proper water level.
Ensure electrical service is operational.
Notify us of known equipment issues.
Secure pets during scheduled visits.
Provide safe access to the property.
Notify us before making significant changes to pool equipment or chemistry.

8. Billing and Payment

Invoices are due according to the payment terms shown on the invoice.

Late payments may be subject to late fees permitted by applicable law.

Accounts with overdue balances may have services suspended until payment is received.

Customers remain responsible for payment of services already performed.

9. Cancellations

Either party may terminate recurring service at any time.

Customers requesting cancellation should provide advance notice before their next scheduled service date.

Outstanding balances remain due upon cancellation.

10. Weather

Heavy rain, lightning, tropical storms, hurricanes, or unsafe working conditions may require service delays.

We reserve the right to reschedule services when necessary to protect employees and equipment.

11. Property Damage

Customers should notify Oasis Pool Care of Ocala within seven (7) days of any claim involving alleged property damage.

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing conditions
Hidden plumbing failures
Underground leaks
Structural defects
Damage caused by defective equipment
Damage resulting from improper installation by others

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oasis Pool Care of Ocala shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only.

Users may not:

14. Privacy
